I am writing to say how pleased we are with our sun lounge. We had courteous and helpful advice from Mr. (NAME) and all your work force, I don't know the names of them all. The two young men who put down the foundation completed it well and went to extra trouble to keep the new building's damp course the same thickness as the house, the step the same colour as the surrounding slabs, little things that means a lot, and the site was left spotless. The fitters Gary and George were top class craftsmen, both took great care in their work, nothing was too much trouble, they worked cheerfully in awkward weather non-stop. The tiler, the plumber, all we came into contact with made it a pleasure to do business with you.
The young men who arrived this morning to measure up for roof blinds told us you are now building brick garages, and as that happens to be our next project we will be pleased to receive a quote from you. I will phone Mr. (NAME) for particulars.
