Stain coverage - how much stain you need

How much stain to order - cabin up to 9.0m x 6.0m

To stain an apex roof cabin up to 9.0m x 6.0m size or similar normally requires 15.0 litres of base coat and 22.5 litres of top coat. To stain the doors and windows in a different colour normally requires 1 litre of top coat. One coat of the base coat is recommended and two coats of the top coat. The exact coverage varies according to several factors including the weather conditions and how liberally the stain is spread. All figures are therefore approximate. We can obtain more stain quickly if you run out but there may be extra charges for posting separately. If in doubt we recommend that you order slightly more than you need because any surplus stain will be used the next time.
