We wanted to thank you for your efficiency, patience and pleasant manner during the process of the choosing, and drawing up plans for, our conservatory. This was a very important factor in our deciding to go ahead with the project with your firm. We also wanted to put on record our thanks for the hard work and pleasant manner of the other people involved in actually building the conservatory (the brick wall and floor, the tiles, the main construction and the electrical work) and the efficiency of your administrative system in Norwich.
